Corrosion Resistance & Easy Cleaning

The contact parts with liquid materials are made of high-quality stainless steel 304/316L, which has excellent corrosion resistance and can adapt to the filling of various acidic and alkaline liquid materials without rusting and polluting the materials. The machine has a simple internal structure and a detachable design, which is easy to clean and maintain. It can be cleaned with clean water or professional cleaning agents, meeting the GMP clean production requirements and ensuring the hygiene and safety of the products.

Patent Guiding & Conveying Device

The sealing module adopts corresponding sealing technologies according to the container type: for bottles, it uses screw capping, snap capping, induction sealing, or aluminum cap crimping technology, ensuring firm and leak-proof sealing; for pouches, it uses heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or three-side/four-side sealing technology, with adjustable sealing temperature and pressure, ensuring the sealing strength and appearance quality of the pouch. The labeling and coding module can realize the automatic labeling of product information (brand logo, specifications, ingredients) and the coding of production date, batch number, and shelf life, with high labeling precision and clear coding, facilitating product quality traceability and market management. The finished product collection module adopts a conveyor belt and sorting mechanism to automatically collect and sort the packaged finished products, improving the efficiency of subsequent storage and transportation.
